Quantity Surveyor

Able to do taking off, prepare Pre and Post Tendering Process & Bill of Quantity- Check and liaise with consultant on drawing accordance to specifications- Prepare Interim payment/Certificate of payment and attending site inspection if required- Coordinate project actives on contract with main contractor and consultant- Liaising with CIDB & Insurer pertaining to contract matter- Review and prepare progress report- Prepare specification as accordance to architectural plan/approved plan- Need to attend site meeting- Able to work with minimum supervision- Experience working with Contractor**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Wearing face mask is a must with regular sanitation and social distancing at work place**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia & English (preferred)License/Certification:- Driving Licence (preferred)Application Deadline: 08/21/2023Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
