2) 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
3) HAVE OWN TRANSPORT

2) JUNIOR TENDER ADMINISTRATION
SALARY : RM 1600 - RM 1850
QUALIFICATION : 1) DIPLOMA/ DEGREE IN QUANTITY SURVEYOR
2) 1 TO 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
3) HAVE OWN TRANSPORT

RESPONSIBILITIES:-
*PREPARATION OF BILLS OF QUANTITIES / PRELIMINARY COST/VARIATION ORDER
*FAMILIAR WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE
*OBTAIN A QUOTATION,LIAISE AND NEGOTIABLE WITH VARIOUS SUPPLIERS AND SUB-CONTRACT
*INDEPENDENT AND REQUIRES MINIMUM SUPERVISON AN TAKING OFF, TENDERING, PREPARE
PRELIMINARY COSTING FOR THE PROJECT AND ABLE TO BUDGETARY CONTROL

*ABLE TO WORK WITH TOGHT DEADLINES & WORKAHOLIC
* KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRAUCTION
a)PREPARATION OF BILLS OF QUANTITIES / PRELIMINARY COST/VARIATION ORDER
b) MEASURE AND VALUE THE WORK DONE ON SITE
c) TRAVELING FROM THE OFFICE TO VARIOUS SITES AS REQUIRED

FUTHER REQUIRMENTS:-
*ABLE TO WORK SYSTEMATICALLY, MEET DEADLINES AND WILLING TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
*SELF-MOTIVATED PERSON, MULTI-TASKING, INDEPENDENT AND FAST LEARNER
*MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL/OUTSTATION/WORKING OVERTIME

ADDED JOB DESCRIPTION:-
*PREPARE PRE AND POST TENDER DOCUMENTATION
*PREPARE PROGRESS CLAIM AND SITE CALCULATION EVERY MONTH FOR SUBMISSION TO CLIENTS
*ATTEND SITE VALUATION AND SITE MEASUREMENT
*INVOLVE IN TAKING OFF QUANTITIES, CALLING TENDERS/QUOTATIONS, PREPARE COST ESTIMATE AND
EVALUATION.

LEADERSHIP QUALITIES:-
1)MANAGING AND MONITORING CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROJECT INCLUDING TENDER
DOCUMENT, BQ, LETTER OF AWARD, CALLING FOR QUOTATIONS
2)PRICING OF VARIATIONS IN SITE INSTRUCTIONS
3)WRITING DEPARTMENTAL CORRESPONDENCE
4)TENDER REPORTING AND PROCUMENT

3) ADMIN DATA PROCESSING
SALARY : RM 1600 - RM 1850

1) COLLECTING, CALCULATING, AND ENTERING DATA IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN AND UPDATE PAYROLL
SYSTEM..
2) PREPARED EMPLOYEE SALARY INCLUDE KWSP/SOCSO AND PAYSLIP FOLLOW THE DATE LINE GIVEN.
3) UPDATE DATA NEW EMPLOYEE INTO INTERNAL BASE
REQUIREMENT :
1) Time-management skills
2) Good knowledge in payroll
3) Experience with multi-state payroll processing
4) Have skill in microsoft office ( word and excell)
5) Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field
