R&D Chemist (Fresh Graduates)

Job SummaryTo carry out R&D testing, evaluate raw materials, intermediate streams, and finished products assuring conformity to established specifications to ensure quality while following safety guidelines. To support the development of products, including manufactured products, or industrial processes,**Job Role**- Carry out materials and product testing- Follow up on research development of new products.- Identify plant processes, facility capacity, or equipment for stages of production- Provide technical services/trouble shootings for processes and products- Write out technical report and result- Carry out quality control of products and stages of processes- Carry out research on process enhancement, new material development, or new technology for quality improvement or cost-down initiatives.- Technical support on the production process, raw material analysis, quality troubleshooting, and customer inquiry**Requirements**:- Possess minimum Diploma/ Bac Degree in Chemistry or equivalent- Possess experience in a similar polymer industry will be an added advantage- Proficient in written & spoken English and Mandarin- Good knowledge of laboratory health & safety standards- Attention to details- Independent; a good initiative with teamwork- Passionate in R&D and research work- Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyPay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
