Reconfiguration Officer

**Responsibilities**:- Perform hands-on tasks related to product reconfiguration according to customer-specified procedures.- Execute various reconfiguration tasks, including software upgrades for handheld scanner devices (Point Mobile, Intermec, Mobility, Datamax),firmware and hardware upgrades, relabeling, batteries repacking, product repacking, and removal/replacement of physical accessories.- Conduct quality checks, tests, and verifications on newly received or recently reconfigured products to ensure compliance with requirements.- Complete all required documentation related to reconfiguration activities accurately and promptly.- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.- Ensure all equipment in the reconfiguration area is in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as needed.- Immediately report any problems encountered during reconfiguration activities to the Supervisor or Executive.- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Executive or customers, including supporting Quality Inspectors with screening RMA parts, stock rotation returns, and purge checking.**Job Requirements**:- Knowledge in handling electrical equipment and software, such as printers and handheld devices.- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and perform them effectively with mínimal supervision.- Demonstrated independence and initiative, coupled with strong team work skills.- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high- quality standards.????:????: RM2,000.00?RM2,600.00(?? )
