Recruitment Consultant

**Job Descriptions**:- Required to manage the entire recruitment and selection process from job posting, resumes selection, and interview to offer stage, and beyond.- Onboarding new employees for clients in order to become fully integrated.- Identifying and developing client or business relationships, assessing and responding to clients' queries, briefing on the recruitment process, and managing the interview process.- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to superiors.- Understanding current legislation, and adhering to local laws, rules, and regulations.**; Requirements**:- Minimum 1 year of work experience in end-to-end recruitment. Preferably in recruitment companies or as an in-house recruiter specializing in IT-related hiring.- Excellent command of English.- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.- Positive mindset, persistent, resilient, and performance-driven.
