Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate recruitment efforts. Build relationships with external talent sources and networks. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making Responsibilities Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for all positions within the organization. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Train and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they are knowledgeable about the company, its culture, and its recruitment practices. Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, talent networks, and other external sources to expand the company's access to top-tier candidates. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of  recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations related to recruitment Results Increased efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, leading to reduced time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics. Attraction and retention of top talent to support the organization's growth and success. Streamlined communication and collaboration between recruiters and hiring managers. Enhanced employer branding and reputation as an employer of choice within the industry. Development of a diverse and inclusive workforce Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Preference of candidates with experience in Recruiting for Media/Creative industry. Experience managing recruitment for remote-based teams is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, strategies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
