Referral Executive

1. Receive referrals from various contacts (Hospitals, Clinics, partners).
2. Liaise with relevant hospital staff for required information for a case assessment.
3. Conduct needs assessment and prepare reports with recommendations for assistance.
4. Issue Guarantee Letters to relevant vendors (Hospitals, companies).
5. Maintain and update databases of individuals granted assistance by the unit and gather statistics from these databases.
6. Organize and ensure documents are in order for each case supported.
7. Liaise with hospitals for billings.
8. Sort and prioritize all incoming correspondences and reports.

10. Perform other functions that might be assigned from time to time by direct supervisor.
Key Skills:
- Good communication and written skills (English & Malay)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Software
- Have a basic understanding of clinical operation
- Able to multitask
- Possess own transport
