We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.POSITION OVERVIEW:Develop and provide timely and reliable product, channel, and customer performance analysis and insights for the Vision Care business across Japan, as well as highlighting risks and opportunities, relying on Internal and external data concerning sales results, Gross Margin (GM), Gross to Net (G2N), Sell-in & Sell-Out, Market Share, and other industry factors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support the Regional Pricing Manager in implementing the pricing strategy through in-depth analysis (Country, Channel, Discounts, Promotions, Free Goods)- Support Markets on their Gross Margin improvement journey through:- Tracking compliance of local pricing with a regional strategy-- Update Trade Terms based on current agreements, list price, and reported actuals.-- Update of competitive landscape-- Refreshing & updating in-depth pricing & G2N tracking tools by channel & customers-- Support the review of reported data quality, and recurrent ASP analysis.-- Provide insights through the analysis of internal & external data.-- Analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities implemented-- Work with other Analysts across different countries to share best practice initiatives.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:**Education**:- University Degree or equivalent; in Business, Finance, or a related disciplineExperience requirements:- Background in financial/price management/analysis of 3-5 years combined with strong business and sound commercial acumen.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP Packages.
