About the Job:As the APAC Resourcing Manager, you will be aligned to the APAC Operations Lead, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). You will be primarily responsible for Resource Allocation & Staffing and Bench Management. You will work with our internal Project / Capability / Domain Leads to understand and validate the current and future demand of resources including the required skillsets and experience. You will also act as a match-maker to ensure we are proposing the right resources with the right skillsets and experience for the role.What You'll Get to Do: Collaborate with the internal Project / Capability / Domain Leads, Executive Directors, and Partners across APAC (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong) to understand and validate resource demand and supply (e.g. upcoming project demands, upcoming roll-offs, role requirements/specifications, hiring needs, etc)Coordinate with our internal Finance and Operations teams to ensure resource system updates and reported information are aligned with project contracts and pricing modelsCoordinate with our Recruitment team to ensure hiring needs are understood and still valid based on communicated project demandUnderstand and continuously suggest improvements relating to resource management processes, systems and ways of workingEscalate and resolve resourcing conflicts in a timely mannerPrepare and present market level resource management reports on a weekly/fortnightly basisPrepare APAC level resource management reports for internal business reviews on a monthly/ad hoc basisMonitor, analyse and report on daily resource movements (where appropriate) including resource forecasting (where required)Monitor and manage resource capacity on benchRespond to resourcing requests on a timely basisEnsure Resourcing App is kept up-to-date with the resource profile write-up and Capco CVOnboard and educate new hires (and other teams) on the resource management process, best practices and creation of resource profiles on Resourcing App What You'll Bring with You: 5+ years' experience in staffing, talent, resource and/or consulting management roleExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, and time management skillsStrong conflict resolution skillsIntermediate PowerPoint slide deck preparation skillsIntermediate Excel skills for data extraction and manipulationStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse communityAbility to quickly assess talent to meet current and future demandAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperience in Financial Services is preferred
