With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.2 billion in 2023.- employ cost effective solutions for Supply Chain processes- coordinate and lead the Intercompany business model- create Risk and Mitigation template and implement regionally- manage cross border solutions- realize Supply Chain optimisation opportunities- support and engage in cost transparency- introduce Warehouse Management Excellence programme- coordinate with Supply Chain lead, and be involved in Supply Chain audits and to conduct the necessary BPR (Business Process Reengineering)**Responsibilities and Duties**- Lead Supply Chain Excellence and efficiencies for Asia Pacific, be involved in Global Supply Chain initiatives.- Manage the Intercompany Business process within Asia Pacific- Cross Border Analysis and decision making to support Supply Chain footprint.- Realize Optimization Opportunities, Implementation, and Completion.- Lead and contribute to the Warehouse Management Excellence- Be a key member of Transportation Management Project- Assist the regional senior project manager on all business-related projects where required.- Be an active member of the Supply Chain Academy**Qualifications**- 5 to 10 years proven experience in Supply Chain- Exposure to Production/Manufacturing environments- Familiarity with all Supply Chain processes (SI&OP, Logistics, Optimization, Customer Services)- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics AX)- Attention to detail with high business acumen- Open minded, think outside the box within processes- Ability to travel within the Asia Pacific region as and when required- Strong command of professional English, and proficiency in other languages would be desirable.- At least a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations management- APICS/SCOR training would be an advantage
