Regulartory Affairs & Halal Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
• Handling on regulatory affairs matters pertaining to JAKIM, NPRA, foreign embassy and any other governmental bodies.
• Liaising and negotiating when necessary with Sales department to ensure the successful registration of company’s product within the timeline.
• Involved and assist in GMP and Halal Audit.
• Provide up-to-date information on regulations and other advices and suggestions.
• Establish, implement and enforce the SOP.
• Liaise closely and work together with all other departments including R&D, Procurement, Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Sales department.
• Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Contract basis for 3 months
• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Applied Science or any related field.
• Already certified as a Halal Executive by Halal Professional Board is a great advantage.
• Required language English and BM.
• Experiencing in GMP and HAS System, and regulatory affair matters related to personal care and color cosmetics product is an added advantage.
