Main responsibilitiesSupport Management Centres in procurement and upkeeps of plans and certificates for compliance of OPA 90, Federal and State Specific requirements Marpol and Panama Canal related requirements and othersEnsure all vessels trading to USA, Canada and others are entered into necessary agreements with QI, OSRO, SMFF and Media Management and state specific marine and spill response programAdministration / Reconciliation of annual fee payment to resources contracted as QI / OSRO / SMFF / Media Management services on behalf of customersMaintain GHSEQ database of vessel, plans and compliance statusAccountabilitiesAchievement of Yearly Targets for HSEQ Function's AOP (Strategic Objectives)Achievement of Yearly Targets set during Employee Appraisal ProcessFeedback from WSM's Organization (Internal Customer Feedback)100% compliance of shipboard certification without causing vessel delaysTimely submission of documentation to relevant authorities for approvalQualificationsMandatory requirementsAppreciation of Shipping Industry, preferably with HSEQ BackgroundKnowledge of Company ApplicationsGood Computer SkillsGood Communication SkillsAdditional preferencesBroad based commercial knowledge and understandingExperience from process development and documentationSounds interesting?
