Relationship Manager @ Cbbc-Bintulu

Working Hour- Regular Hours- Monday - Friday- Business Area- Community Banking- Location- Malaysia - Sarawak- Description- Maintain and deepen relationships with Middle Market customers at the CEO level- Actively drive primary sales- Actively manage about Middle Market accounts- Grow interest and fee income from existing customers- Acquire new MM customers- Grow deposits from customers with facilities and new to bank customers- New NPL within approved budget- Maintain and deepen relationships with core portfolio of ~30 MM clients- Actively drive primary sales through acquisition of new MM customers and through new loans to existing clients- Carry out account planning with product specialists to identify customers to engage, and products to offer based on their needs- Monitor overall customer experience and pre-empt or address any process lapses or delays in TAT- Ensure customers meet basic credit requirements, and maintain new Non-Performing Loans (NPL) within approved budget- Work closely with Account Managers to prepare credit proposals- Vet, sign and deliver Letters of Offer- Requirements**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).- Minimum 3-4 years of credit and marketing experience- Proven track record in marketing SME/SMI and commercial loans- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Good financial and business analytical skills- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- BenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
