Job Description:
Purpose and Accountabilities
This role is critical in helping our global brand tracking programs evolve to deliver continued value and business impact to the business. The Global Retail Tracker (GRT), Global Lubricants Tracker (GLT) and Trade Influencer Tracker (TI) are large-scale multi-market brand tracking programs that deliver key insights to both Global and Local stakeholders which feed into strategic planning and ongoing business management.
You will support the Global Brand Tracker Manager to project manage the research data
analysis and visualisation and to deliver market debriefs and to manage multiple stakeholders and support to understand and utilise the programs.
Good performance would be demonstrated by in depth knowledge of the data collection processes, proactively managing issues with a solution focus, ensuring the agency deliver as per their agreement
Dimensions
You will be part of the wider Global Insights group with colleagues covering category insights, brand tracking and strategy and data integration.
The Brand Tracking team consists of 3 Project Manager roles reporting into the Global Brand Tracking Manager
Liaison across the Tracking team:
• Working with Mobility Project Manager and Lubricants Project Manager on operational aspects of the tracking programs
• Working with Mobility Integration Insights Lead and Lubricants Integration Insights Lead on data visualisation and reporting aspects of the tracking programs
You will work with the Global Brand Tracking Manager and the Insights Integration Leads on data delivery and reporting aspects of the GRT, GLT and TI
• GRT is an established global brand tracking program covering retail customers in 64 markets
• GLT covers three established global brand tracking programs for our motorists, bikers and truckers’ lubricants customers
• TI is a new program which will use a crowd source methodology to cover mechanics
You will manage detailed and daily interactions with the agency partners on timelines and deliverables management to ensure:
- excellence in data preparation and visualisation and insightful reporting
- timetable management to deliver to plan
- set and maintain best standard practices for our suppliers
- build relationships with markets and key stakeholders in order to understand needs
Additionally, regular interactions and overseeing coordination with the data collection agency and data visualisation agency on timelines and deliverables management to ensure smooth quarterly updates
Working to improve the data visualisation tools in tracking and to ensure reporting deliverables are to a high standard.
Special challenges – managing issues, agency relationships, working across the team, challenge from stakeholders
Skills and Requirements:
Extensive experience in agency fieldwork and project management including set up, management and best practice implementation and experience in reporting, ideally using dashboards
Able to direct and lead the work of suppliers and to positively challenge the work of suppliers to ensure the highest standards in delivery
Exemplary quality standards and rigour
At least 5 years' experience market research agency or managing client-side research,
Ideally regional or global experience
Development opportunities – contract management, finance management, people management, supplier management

This is a global role in the new Mobility structure that covers both Mobility and Lubricants.
English language excellence is required
