Restaurant Crew - Fulltime / Partime / Intern [ Ampang ]

Requirement :
• 18 years old and above
• Minimum PMR / SPM
• Malaysian
Responsibilities:
Providing good customer service and entertain the customer.
• Greeting, smiling and bring the customer to the table
• Provide menu and any promotional item menu before taking order
• Take note of the order issued by the customer carefully
• Repeat order for customer verification
• Key in order into the menu ordering system
• To ensure to meet the timeline for meal ordering delivery
Preparing food and drinks to the customer.
• Refer menu ordering system and Standard Operating Procedure
• To do plating before delivering the item to the customer
• To ensure on the food arranging based on the ordering number
To ensure the cleanliness of the dining area, kaiten area, kitchen area and dishwashing area.
• To keep all balance of stock in the fridge or freezer during the closing
• To keep all stock and labelling the date accordingly to maintaining the freshness
• To ensure the Sushi product can produce as and when needed
• To ensure the cleanliness of the item used for cooking
• Washing all cooking equipment and cutlery accordingly
• To refill all raw material or food product and inform Kitchen Leader or Restaurant Manager if out of stock
• Involving in stock counting audit or any menu promotional item or launching event
• Any ad hoc tasks given by Restaurant Manager or management
