_**Job Summary**:_Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of in-store retail operations especially customer service, selling, restocking, merchandising, display and store's cleanliness.- **Accountabilities**:_**Customer Service and Experience**- Provide exceptional customer service by:- greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and approachable manner.- assisting customers with product selections, offering styling advice, and addressing inquiries.- Manage customer complaints and enquiries in a professional manner, providing the best possible outcome.- Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience and leave the store satisfied.- Monitoring activities and ensuring the implementation of SOPs to prevent incidents of shoplifting, shrinkage and/or accidents.**Sales and Product Knowledge**- Actively engage with customers to increase sales through upselling, cross-selling and suggestive selling techniques.- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product offerings/services and trend to effectively communicate product features, new trends and benefits to customers.- Always aware of the store's inventory and up-to-date with new product releases and promotions.- Assist in any all activities to achieve and exceed individual/team sales targets.**Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation**- Support the Store Manager in maintaining an appealing and organized store layout, ensuring products are neatly displayed, adequately stocked, and in accordance with brand guidelines.- Actively participate in product replenishment, stock receiving, stock rotation and ensuring proper signages are in place.- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team/Store Manager to create attractive displays to enhance the store's overall aesthetics.**Point of Sale (POS) Operations**- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.- Handle cash credit, and other payment methods securely and adhere to the store's cash handling policies.- Assist Supervisor/Manager to prepare daily cash reports and reconcile discrepancies, if any.- Assist Supervisor/Manager in collating data for all reports pertaining to sales, customer service, accounts, logistics in a timely manner.**Store Operational Excellence and Inventory Management**- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and visual merchandising standards.- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, ensuring proper care and storage of stocks, fixtures and furnitures.- Regularly check and restock supplies such as shopping bags, receipt rolls, and other essentials.- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the store management.- Assist in monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and alerting the need for stock replenishments in a timely manner.- Participate in the conduct of ethical and periodical stock takes (as per SOP) with integrity.**Team Collaboration**- Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.- Assist colleagues during peak hours or when necessary.- Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Evening shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Retail: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Fluent in English and Malay (Speaking and Writing) (preferred)Application Deadline: 12/03/2021
