**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for online reply (with product training);- Explain and provide suggestions to customers upon queries, perform follow up, pre-sales and after-sales;- Closely coordinate with Store department and Customer Service colleagues;- Assist with sales orders and product delivery.**Requirements**:- Logical thinking skills and ability to work independently;- Strong sense of responsibility and good understanding;- Good team spirit and sense of cooperation;- Cheerful and expressive.**Others**:- Salary RM2300 - RM2500++;- 6 full working days;- Work location in Old Klang Road;- Good employee benefits (Annual leave / EPF / SOCSO / Bonus).**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
