Retail Outlet Supervisor(The Starling Mall)

• Achieving sales target which you have been assigned to
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining good rapport with customer
• Maintaining stock inventory of the outlet and responsible for stock losses/ damages
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet
• Ensuring full sizes of all display, replenishment should be done daily and immediately after item sold
• Maintaining the visual merchandise display according to the planogram provided and maintain all assets & fixtures in good condition
• Have good knowledge on the products being sold in the outlet and able to demonstrate usage of feature products
Requirements:
• Min SPM or Diploma in any field – emphasis on work experience and exposure
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in retail sales or environment. Experience in education industry is added advantage
• Able to communicate in English and BM. Knowledge of Mandarin and other dialects is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work 6 days in a week
