Retail Sales Assistants (Based In Melaka)

Job Description Job Responsibilities: Promotes the company?s products to customers and provides consultation on product information to the customers as and when necessary
Be attentive and alert at all times and acknowledges the customer when they walk in
Performs daily shop housekeeping to ensure cleanliness
Ensures that products are being displayed as per Visual Merchandising guideline
Ensures that all new products received are being tagged with sensormatic, price, etc. according to shop manual operation procedures
Ensures sufficient inventory available at the shop and inventory levels are being properly accounted for
Conducts regular stock checks to ensure accuracy of inventory and informs management immediately if there is a discrepancy
Ensures the stocks at store room are in segregated in proper order and is easily retrieveable as and when needed
Conducts monthly physical stock take and prepares the necessary documentation to support it
Prepares and submit on a timely basis to the company an acurate monthly / daily sales report and any other requested reports as determined by the company
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM with 1 year working experience as a sales promoter/sales assistant
Plesant personality, outspoken and friendly attitude
Willing to work on shifts according to mall business hours and must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
Able to work with a diversified group of people and is a team player.
