Retail Supervisor

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team and help drive retail sales through selling, training, developing and leading the team.

Essential responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Set example and lead sales by determining customer wants and needs and selling to exceed their expectations. Maximise productivity through implementation of resource scheduling where available.

- Assisting in supervising staff including:

* Recruitment of staff.

* Interviewing of retail staff.

* Coaching/counselling meetings.

* Preparation of schedules of retail staff in compliance with payroll guidelines and customer flow.

- Perform all opening and closing procedures to include bank deposits, cash on hand vertification, payroll processing, opening POS system, and signing and filing POS reports.

- Enforce cash handling policies and procedures.

- Administer merchandising and display programs.

- Assist in analyzing and make adjustments to control expenses and maximize store profitability.

- Train and develop skills of retail staff.

- Embrace and promote Company Culture and Code of Business Conduct.
