Rooms Division Manager

1. Manages the general operation of the Front Office e.g. Reception, Reservations,Concierge, Switchboard.2. Not only responsible for the accommodation department with a focus onreception, but ensures smooth processes and high compliance in terms of guestrelation, housekeeping and reservation standards.3. Take over management responsibilities and lead the whole reception team.4. Train your staff in terms of special guests, for example foreign business people orcelebrities.5. Required to develop and review business plans and strategies, key performanceindicators and manpower planning.6. Builds high performance teams that work well together to create excellent guestexperiences.7.
