**Responsibilities**:- Develop, establish and review the workplace safety management policies and standard for all the operating sites to ensure that it is in compliance with relevant statutory requirements at all times.**Requirements and Skills**:- Required skill(s): good working knowledge in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Minimum 5 years large scale commercial, government, or industrial project management experience especially in Building Construction, Infrastructure Works or related field.- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.- Good in communication skills, conflict management, problem-solving, leadership and reporting skills.- Must possess a **Valid Green Book** and SHO Certificate certified by DOSH- Must be willing to work in **Klang/Shah Alam **or any other location to be assigned later.- To continuously promote awareness of project requirements as well as ESH practices throughout the project site and ensure that it is observed and adhered by the site and relevant parties at all times.- To maintain all documentation per ISO 9001 (QMS), good knowledge of ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001 to uphold various audit certifications.- Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.- Record PPE issuance, prepare minutes of tool box meeting and safety meeting, inventory and update of first aid usage.- To continuously improve the ESH Management System by coordinating or conducting regular internal audits, awareness briefings, training and induction programme.- Responsible to update any new regulation announced by ministry or authorities relating to safety and health that are complying with the company's safety and health management system.- Conduct post-accident investigation and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company personnel and management.- To be a team player and proactive in promoting safety, health and environmental matters at the workplace.- Responsible on environmental act and procedures.- Registration of Project and liaising with the DOSH/JKKP- Any other safety related matters within the scope of site safety are necessary.- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Safety Health Officer: 2 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
