Sales Admin (Mandarin Speaking)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to join our team at VGO Global. If you are highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!**WHAT WILL YOU DO?****Report tally and data entry**- Issuing invoices and system data tally- Department stores stock count and sales report tally with system- Maintain data filling and record accurately**Shipping arrangement**- Cross check Transport billing statement- Prepare and arrange shipping documents, follow up and update the shipment status- Coordinate the end-to-end process of delivery and ensure timely delivery of goods**REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 2 years of experience in administration- Familiar with billing & shipment procedures- Computer Literate - particularly with Microsoft Office- Prefer detail-oriented & self-initiative person
