Sales And Marketing Executive

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible assist the team in executing programs that enhance the company's relationship with its independent distributors including, but not limited to, training, recognition, and motivational programs, so that they can effectively promote PERFECT's products and business opportunity. Duties and Responsibilities; Support the manager in organizing company events, associates training, recognition programs, incentive trips, and other associate activities. Coordinate company events, associates training, recognition programs, incentive tours, and other associate activities. Assist the manager in organizing and coordinating online and social media-related events, training, and e-learning. Prepare PowerPoint materials for open meetings and recognition events. Communicate with the field about any sales activities, provide excellent service to our members, and keep them abreast of company news and directions. Assist in aligning sales strategies, creating sales promotions to accomplish sales targets, and updating business and advancement reports. Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at PERFECT events. Provide General Administrative support to team. Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed. Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Nutrition and Food Science or related fields with at least 2-3 years experiences in sales/product marketing/training especially in dealing with people face-to-face. Sales and marketing hands on experience in either MLM or other related health food fields. Knowledge and experience in Direct Selling Company (MLM) or FMCG industry will be an added advantage Excellent presentation skills on stage, good communication skills, good team player with positive attitude. Fluent in Mandarin, English and be able to write, vice versa (writtenand verbal). Ability to work independently, conduct event//training and able to travel on weekends/ public holidays if required. Must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
