Sales Coordinator

**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Primarily assists Sales team and work closely with the team to close deal.- Focusing mostly in Tender document preparation and sales documentation in an orderly and efficient manner.- Coordinate marketing materials to ensure that they are in presentable condition at all times.- Prepare and follow-up on any sales inquiries.- Administers all sales tracking, produce sales report and assists with the coordination of sales meetings and activities.- Update Customers & Suppliers database accurately.- Any other sales & marketing related duties to be assigned from time to time.**Requirements**:- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu.- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, or at least two (2) year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.- Possess own transport and willing to travel.- An excellent team player with pleasant personality, driven to achieve, good communication, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and demonstration skills.- Self-motivated, hardworking, committed, able to work independently, and result-oriented.- Aggressive, analytical thinker, a keen eye for details, results-oriented, with a can-do attitude.- Able to work flexible hours (even after office hours) when required..**Benefits**:- Commission, performance bonuses, Salary increment for those entitled- Certification and training is compulsory for targeted and focused products- Career Advancement Opportunities & Learning Opportunity- Positive working environment- Commission and incentive- Public Speaking, Leadership, and Hard skill will be conducted to all team members to improve their knowledge- We host a birthday celebration, gathering, business retreat, etc for staff**Are you ready to elevate your working skills and experience?****Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
