Considering the market growth opportunities in ASEAN and untapped sectors, the business can grow significantly.RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver Sales plan consistently, coach regional sales team to administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth.Sales Management, Analyze and implement all operational plans for reservations and ensure increase in sales and prepare required forecasts for executive management.Customer Relationship, connect with key customers and build strong relationship for sustaible growthCollaborate with internal and external stake holders to drive global key accounts growth Design and provide innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure rapid increase in sale of products.Manage sales team focused on Key Account Management (KAM) for demand generationExpand Distributor Network to grow sales rapidly in ASEAN regionSupervise effective maintenance of pipeline and ensure punctual reporting mechanism to strengthen management.Hire and select members and perform efficient safekeeping of growth-oriented plans for development.Design various strategic plan to improve sales and marketing plans in ASEANManage everyday communication with all distributors and detect issues and opportunities.Analyze and identify areas for improvement and verify all processes for various sales reports.Supervise regional competitors in specific market and provide report for expansion chances/opportunities.Skills:At least 15 years of technical sales experience in the industry with proven track record, demonstrated leadership and management skills, knowledge, and experience in Industrial business. Added advantage if possess experience in fastening industry experience.Driving sales growth wherein both direct and distributor's Go-To-Markets models complement each otherStrong strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills.Demonstrated team building, mentoring, and developing skillsStrong relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills.Excellent ability to represent the company externally and build alliances.Proven ability to work within and build a Matrix environment.Leading Beyond Reporting Lines, Set & Monitor ExpectationsComfort with taking risk/actively takes calculated risksLeads through influencing mindsets and behaviors and able to rally resources to get stuff doneSystematic Thinker and a good listenerEstablished relationships with senior clients or customer leadersQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in engineering with Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration is preferredJoining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
