Job summary:- Responsible for identifying and creating opportunities for company growth, primary through our brands, concentrated in Supermarket/Hypermarket/Retails with a longer-term potential of Malaysia markets. Overall P&L (revenue) responsibility including building sales forecast and analysis (new markets, growth areas, trends, customers services)**Responsibilities**:- Research and identify new business opportunities especially in the Hypermarket/Retails.- Actively manage customer accounts through relationship management, range management, promotion & pricing strategy and market data.- Manage and report a monthly business report to the Management, i.e., commercial performance, credit control, information to assist operational planning, potentials new client update.- Work collaboratively with the sales team to establish Malaysia Fruits & Vegetables market.- Develop a growth strategy for shopping mall/Supermarket/Hypermarket/retails, focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, e.g., Lotus Hypermarket, AEON, Giant Supermarket, etc.- Monitoring and ensuring company products - fruits and vegetables standard are followed, and that marketing and promotion programs are correctly implemented.- Experience working with varied customer base including grocery retailers, supermarket/hypermarket groups and distributors/wholesalers.Qualifications & Experiences:- At least 3 years of work experience in Supermarket/Hypermarket/retails business development industry.- Proven track record of Business development management or Territory Sales with the Fruits/Vegetables Supermarket/Hypermarket/Retails.- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages. Another Asian language (Chinese) is a plus.- Strong communication and persuasion skills.- Supermarket/Hypermarket/retail sales or merchandising experience gained in a distribution or vendor company.- Proven ability to drive sales plans.- Self-Motivated, independence and result oriented.- Willing to travel and frequently go out on a sales hunt.- Large contact base in the Green (Fruits/Vegetables) and Plant based (fresh/frozen) or FMCG industries preferred.- To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Retail sales: 3 years (required)- Business development: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)
