In this position, you will be required to involve in the business development and operation of the live streaming and commerce activities.
Job Responsibilities:
To assist in online and offline sales activities. Develop new customers, markets and products.
To liaise and coordinate with vendors for problem solving, negotiation of pricing, payment term, quality issues and delivery etc.
To be proactive with locating new business through appropriate media/channels.
To present, promote and sell products/services professionally. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
To plan, strategize and execute sales plan through proposing astute pricing strategies, sales promotions, optimizations and online marketing promotion activities.
To conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of current trends, new products and competition status.
To assist in the daily live streaming operation and act as the primary point of contact for online viewers inquiries, create engagement and processing data efficiently and professionally.
To support the business development team in handling business enquiries, consolidating viewers / customers responses and review on the products and live streaming activities. Manage customer expectations and identify service improvements.
To assist and coordinate with customer service support team regarding on the daily operation schedule, products information and inventory status.
To work closely with creative and content planning department for marketing and promotional strategies and activities.
To assist in preparing images, content, show props and setup for daily activities.
To conduct market research and monitor competition activity.
Manage social media to generate interest and monitor activity
To assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager.
