Sales Furniture Manager

**Company Description**SIF is the leading one stop solution office furniture company with more than 10 years with SME 100 and Golden Bull Awards recognition award.- Represent SIF products to clients with 5 step include enquiries, proposals, site measure, after service and payment.- Are met and to ensure that sales team with good in a manner and good relationship- Prepare sales report status and sales meeting brainstorming with sales team- Conduct sales visits/sales presentation to clients to ensure all sales targets are achieved ( KL valley or outstation).- Sales activities together with sales team included is cold calls, walk in customer, fair and site customer measure.includes **building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue**. Sales managers must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.**Requirement**:- Diploma/bachelor's degree in any field from recognized university/college.- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar background/industry.- Self confidence and able to communicate well with all stakeholder, either external or internal.- Tenacious with follow-up.- Good organization skills including report writing and generate statistics.- Good public speaking skills and good leadership.- Language English or Chinese or Bahasa Malaysia- Logical approach to problem solving.- Use of independent judgement and creativity applied to resolution sales issues.- Self-starter and able to work under minimum supervision.- Team player and dynamic.**Benefits**:- Internal Training- Company Allowance- Medical Claim- Bonus based on your KIP performance.
