Sales Lead Qualifier

**Key Activities / Accountabilities**- Basic sales probing skills to understand customer's shipping profile.- To support outdoor sales as an lead generator, gathering and qualify leads from all different vertical.- To achieve outbound call KPI and number of qualified leads KPI set by the company.- Continually develop knowledge of FMX's services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximise the department's contribution to the sales function.- Execute call strategies provided by Indoor Sales Supervisor or Head of Sales.- Use communication skills to identify decision makers for FMX shipping and gain access to them.- Combine sales skills with FMX product / service knowledge and convert the maximum possible suspect leads into prospects / identify rank-up potential during re-qualification.**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**- Diploma/Degree holder in logistics, supply chain, or any field.- Prefer One (1) year of Telesales/Customer Service/Sales experience in any industry.- Experience in Courier/Logistics/Supply chain industry will be an added advantage.- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
