Our Sales Support Assistants are at the front line of our business. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and members. We are looking for young, energetic individuals with a bubbly personality.
Job Description
Answer customer enquiries promptly and accurately
Attend to walk-in customers and members
Provide follow-up after sales service
Communicate with members about promotions, packages and company events
Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, as we have many Mandarin speaking customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
Candidate should be a SPM level graduate
Full training and office attire are provided
No prior experience required
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Immediate start
Working Hours:– Weekdays 10am to 6pm
– Wednesday and closing day of the month 10am -10pm
