Sales Support

To prepare and checking sales delivery order / invoice / credit note / debit note / monthly statement and purchase order- To provide daily operational support- Liaise with Production for daily delivery items and schedule- To prepare accounts receivable / statement of account & update collection status- Respond to customer by in-coming calls / WhatsApp / Online Orders- Liaise with walk-in customer- Maintain and update sales and customer records, database and reports- Respond customer's queries and complaints products in a timely and professional manner- Work closely and integrate with both internal staff and vendors to ensure smooth operational delivery.- Monitor stock and purchase items such as gloves, plastic bags, masks, aprons, knives and other necessary itemsApplication Deadline: 01/20/2024Expected Start Date: 01/31/2024**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Evening shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Seremban (required)Ability to Relocate:- Seremban: Relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 01/20/2024Expected Start Date: 03/31/2024
