We will equip you with the critical skills, tools and technology, and endless opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive in a dynamic and exciting environment.**If you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on.****WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....**- Provide guidance based on best practices/ industry trends to resolve incidents/ implement changes- Provide in-depth functional advice and attend to diagnosis/ investigation/ troubleshooting of complex incidents and change requests- Possess in-depth functional knowledge from business viewpoint and technical knowledge from system viewpoint- Provide coaching to functional team members to upskill functional capabilities- Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Attending to incidents & change requests- Prepare documentation- Implement changes- Provide advice to working-level team to resolve complex incidents and change request- Provide guidance based on best practices to efficiently implement incident fixes and change requests- Perform post deployment validation- Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador- Support regional roll-out projects with SAP focus across the region- Identify process enhancement and innovation- Ensure successful system and process integration- Delivery of system and business process training for PCR's- Upgrade of business process and training documentation- Solution Manager usage for COE processes**Minimum Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree Information Technology/Systems or Business related degree.- More than 8 years of working experience in regional solution/system support with SAP focus across the ASPAC region- Having experience in managing at least 3 or more consultants in Projects or Support Environment.- Related SAP certification is a plus, but not mandatory.- Strong knowledge in accounting systems (SAP).- FAM/Treasury background and knowledge to manage communication with large Investment Operation user base.- SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture.- Good communication & presentation skills.- Good problem solving and analytical skills.- A strong team player and possess leadership qualities with positive attitude.- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives._**Salary**: From RM13,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- How many years of system technical experience do you have in SAP Financial Asset Management (FAM)?- Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa?- What is your monthly expected basic monthly salary in MYR?- Are you comfortable working 4 days in office and working 1 day at home?**Experience**:- SAP FAM: 8 years (required)
