Responsibilities:· Regular email and telephone contact with brokers and intermediaries as well as scheduled visits, the frequency of which determined by the existing or potential production volumes of each account.· Providing technical and sales support (including regular technical product training) as and when required.· List administrative training to improve broker and intermediary understanding and use of the Life Solutions Quote and CRM systems. · Responding to day-to-day sales queries, including the provision of quotes (or preferably training on how to do their own quotes). · Facilitating preliminary underwriting guidance for more complex proposals. · Supporting Case Management personnel with pipeline management to ensure stipulated requirements are met and policies issue within a reasonable timeframe. · Identifying, engaging, and establishing terms of business with new markets, broker and intermediary accounts in the Asia Region. · Evaluate current sales and identify ways to grow and expand revenue income. · Develop strong working relationships with distributors and partners. · Develop long-term relationships at the highest levels with accounts of strategic importance to facilitate successful renewals. · Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition in each market. · On board new brokers IFA, a supplier of non-admitted insurance solutions. · Liaise with Underwriters to answer queries in regard to medical conditions and health Requirements:· A degree/qualification is preferable, but not essential.· Minimum 10 years' experience within the finance services or insurance business sectors· Demonstrable and successful track record in sales and business development.· Working knowledge of life and/or health insurance· Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
