Senior Business Process Analyst

Job DescriptionIndustry 4.0 Expert's main task is to lead, plan and drive LOG, CTG&HRL improvement projects (process & system) which aligned to digital transformation of industrial operations.In addition, they lead/support both central and internal plant projects in term of system maintenance, process mapping, inventory reduction, bottleneck management, preventive measures, new tool rollout and also as key user to SAP.They are responsible to ensure system and process optimization in line with the company's strategy and goals.Job Descriptions:Lead division/internal LOG/CTG/HRL improvement projects.Coordinate and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots for routine operation tasks by using tools such as Automation Anywhere and Catalytic.Responsible for RPA competency coaching/sharing in department/plant level.Adhere automation standard guidelines by working with central support team regularly.Participate cross functional plant strategy setting by working closely with other Industry 4.0 stakeholders.Explore and implement emerging data mining tools such as Celonis, PowerBI in assisting operation analysis tasks.Design and deploy new SAP Business Intelligent report with knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL).Oversee and apply new automation tool by participating in training or workshop.Collaborate closely with stake holders across LOG, CTG and HRL team in identifying shortcoming in existing processes and develop improvement solutions in optimizing and digitizing.Support SAP data cleansing activities in regular basis.Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g. Supplier Kanban, Production Kanban, Pull Leveling and EPEI for continuous improvement.Initiate functional meeting for knowledge sharing and project status update with PDCA timeline.Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.QualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with minor in IT.At least 3-5 years professional working experience in related field.Related working experience in controlling, accounting and manufacturing processes environment required.Computer literate with an aptitude for figures.Understanding of MRP is essential.Professional competence in SAP and programming knowledge in any language.Team player, independent, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven, result and future oriented.Possess good communication and presentation skills.Highly analytical.Very good in English language both in writing and oral.Additional InformationLeave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
