Senior Engineer, Facilities Engineering (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities:(1) Responsible for the Mechanical Systems of the plant, inclusive of HVAC, Process Utilities (CDA, Process Vacuum, Process Gasses and Liquid Nitrogen) and Fire Protection System.(2) Close monitoring on the above to ensure the systems are operating safely, reliably and ready to support continuous operation of the production. (3) Ensures planned maintenance are effectively executed, and the systems are in compliance with Authority regulations, as well as the relevant Engineering Standards and Safety Standards.(4) Works closely with internal customers on new process introduction and tool hook-up activities.(5) Executes projects including design, procurement and coordination of installation work to meet the specified time, quality and cost. (6) Supervise and implement QAQC on contractor activities to ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. (7) Implement energy efficient and energy saving initiatives. (8) Maintains proper documentation system to ensure that the ongoing activities in the plant are consistently updated in as-built drawings and documents.Job Req Type: ExperiencedRequired Travel: Yes, 10% of the timeShift Type: 1st Shift/Days
