In your new role you will: He/She is in charge for Facilities Hook up/Engineering as section manager to support the production ramp for new tools hook up and tool relocation. He/She to liaise with various internal partners (Production end user, Purchasing, Facility Ops, Facilities system owner and hook up business partner). He/She is responsible for TUM/FUM for overall expansion or ramp, setting project goals and deadlines, estimating labor needs, drafting staff schedules, and communicating timelines to all departments. Monitor the arrival of shipments, track material, and equipment deliveries, and ensure the team is moving efficiently according to schedule. He/She will offer suggestions and solutions for any issues that may arise to get projects back on track. Other job duties include analyzing the project timeline for efficiency and creating weekly status reports for upper management. Assist and support hook-up team to deal with hook-up business partners to achieve schedule/target dateline. You are best equipped for this task if you have: 1) Degree in Engineering / Project management / others technologies / Diploma with relevant experience. 2) Good interpersonal skills. 3) Good Contractors Management skill. Employee may be required to work outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends and / or holidays. 4) Able to work in a fast–paced, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary environment. 5) >5yrs l years of construction experience 6) Strong time management and organizational skills 7) Experience with Primavera, Microsoft Project, ISO drawing, AutoCAD, Project software, SAP and other project planning 8) Experience with equipment hook up in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.
