Work closely with Operations on matter pertaining to rental agreements, collections and performance of the division. Prepare P&L and Monthly Performance Report. Prepare and ensure timely balance sheet clearing and review of ageing. Prepare SST, WHT and tax analysis. Work closely with Operations on annual budgeting exercise. Liaise with internal/external auditor and authorities. Report to the Assistant Manager on any exception found on internal control procedures. Assist in the annual stock take and fixed assets verification exercise. Assist in system enhancement and system implementation related projects such as eInvoicing. Assist in any ad-hoc assignments.   Job Requirements:   Possess Degree in Accounting or with professional accounting qualification MIA / CPA/ ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW. Minimum 2 years working experience in audit or accounting.
