Scope would include training & developments, establishing managerial systems, overlooking continuous improvement efforts as well as running key large scale projects.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrganize and lead lean six sigma training & development efforts in regards to lean transformationCoach and mentor employees in lean six sigma methodologies (problem solving, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)Promote lean six sigma understanding across the organizationLead efforts to create a sustainable continuous improvement culture at the siteSet up managerial system that support and reinforce lean cultureFacilitates improvements in operating performance through fundamental rethinking and redesign of core processes utilizing Lean methodologies and recommends changes or improvements based on study results.
