Senior Finance Executive/ Asst Manager

job description Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly financial reports and yearly budgetsResponsible for various financial reporting deliverables following internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulationsParticipate in the analysis of financial data to evaluate the performance of the companyReview and ensure the completeness of the accounts receivables (ie: tenants billings/ CN/ DN) and documentation.Maintain the accounting system and communication process improvementsAssist in overseeing and supervising the work of more junior members Arrange and complete yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as requiredResponsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authorities within the deadline Perform GL function and ensure correct recognition of revenue, costs, and expensesLiaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, government officers, etc.Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management. Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.Work experience as Finance Executive for at least two (2) years. Good project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
