Details of the offer

Job Overview: Serves as the HR business partner and provides guidance and consultation on full HR spectrum to business heads, managers and employees. Ensures consistent approach to the HR policies and procedures, timely payroll and benefits administration policies.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all employees; assists in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee handbook and procedural manual.
- Assist in the whole recruitment process such as manpower planning and developing the compensation packages for appropriate approved hiring and ensure that new employee is properly inducted.
- Ensure that employee movements within Global, Region and Country are efficiently interfaced and handled in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
- Provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management
- Responsible to maintain proper entry, storage, security and use of employee personal data in the HR Information System
- Stay current on all regulations concerning employee's employment contracts' terms and conditions and advise managers on needed actions.
- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Performs other related projects or duties as required and assigned
