Details of the offer

-Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment with a focus on Technology/Engineering Talents-Experience in sourcing for Back End Developers (Languages: NodeJS, Javascript, Typescript, C#, Java) and Front End Developers (Languages: Ionic)-Proactive high-level sourcing, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline-Facilitate interviews, final selection and preparation of offer letter-Manage Onboarding and Probation period-Plan and administer employee performance management. E.g. job evaluations and performance appraisals-Maintain the HR system by updating and maintaining accurate HR records-Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures and forms as per ISO requirements-Plan and organize employee engagement activities/events (E.g. town halls, team building etc)
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field-Highly detail-oriented to ensure high standards of quality of deliverables-Able to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative/outside-the-box solutions.-Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
