Senior Intelligent Process Automation Expert (Chatbot Technologies)

Role Responsibilities:
Be a part of the Intelligent Process Automation team particularly in the Chatbot stream working directly with Platform Owners, Customers and Developers. Identify automation opportunities, analyses current processes, design and as a solution architect in solution implementation.
Develop governance guidelines across the enterprise as well as design and implement enterprise-level components. Cooperate closely with developers, ensuring quality and adherence to development standards and governance.
Provide technical and solution consultancy to stakeholder in the intelligent process automation area
Role Requirements:
At least 3-5 years working with Chatbots technologies or equivalent
Strong knowledge in the integration of automation tools with machine learning or artificial intelligence.
Proven strong technical and consulting knowledge in Chatbot architecture
Excellent understanding of process and tools automation solutions and techniques
Proven understanding of Process Automation technology with the ability to lead projects from idea to deployment.
Knowledge of other automation, digital process automation, robotic process automation will have added advantages.
Experience in working directly with the customer, identifying automation needs, consulting
Strong collaboration skills with various technical teams and business users.
Experience in leading technical teams and ability to develop high-quality software
Comfortable navigating complex enterprise policies and organizations
Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
Passionate on Automation Process & Technology
Experience working in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector will have added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Very good communication skills in English
