Senior Manager, Treasury & Process Improvement

Its integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products and feeds milling. Job Description

- Responsible for the Group’s cash flow and the funding requirements which encompasses review of monthly Group 12-month Review, Monthly Group 12-month Rolling Cash Flow Projection.
- Monthly Group Management Analysis & Reports:

(i) review and analyse business segment financial statements for accuracy and clarity; and
(ii) financial analysis and participate in strategic reviews and periodic assessment.

- Provide financial analysis on profitability and validity of business plans to the management with action participation in strategic reviews and periodic.
- Drive Shared Services Centre to support cost-efficiency and standardize business processes for greater flexibility in achieving business operations excellence as part of the Supply Chain Transformation. Conduct process mapping and recommend effective work processes to attain greater efficiency in productivity and cost.
- Maintaining relationship with bankers and sourcing for funding requirement of the Group of Companies in Malaysia.
- Responsible for overall Group Corporate Tax Management and GST.
- Ensure effective daily cash management planning and execution.
- Manage and maintain the approval of user access to JDE and MTech.
- Supervise the day-to-day financial function of Premier Grains Sdn Bhd (existing business) and AVIOTA (future IT business) and provide support on financial matters to the operating personnel.
- Assist and support Financial Controller in managing the relations with investors and financial analysts with regular updates.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification or Degree in Accountancy
- 8 to 15 years working experience in commercial sector (preferably with at least 3 years working experience in Big 4).
