Senior Purchasing Executive (Property)

Assist the manager for planning and in overseeing and conduct all purchasing activities for source suppliers and materials
To assist the manager to lead, monitor and manage to set up and implement proper procedures.
Responsible to prepare and process requisition and purchase orders for supplies according to the order request
To perform day to day purchasing activities including purchasing and delivery follow up
Liaise with suppliers on all quotation
Overall review all monthly submission Invoices and DO and purchase orders to the finance department
Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials -|-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent and related field.
5 years of experience in construction materials and machinery
Analytical, organized, and good negotiation skills.
