Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities.Evaluation and preparation of tender submission and BQ, cost estimation, procurement support, follow up of project and handle claim and payment for the project (Guidance will be provided).Management of project costing including payment claims, variations and final accounts.Processing progress claim and variations to ensure on time submission.Cost planning, analysis & monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget.Implementation of contractual knowledge and drafting project correspondences.Undertake and execute works with sense of responsibilities. Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor or building.Required language(s): English (Proficient).Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.Knowledge in Pipe Jacking, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Pipe Bursting and Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) would be an added advantage.Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
