Senior Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and sub-contractor's certificate. Conduct joint measurements to verify work completed by contractors and sub-contractors. Assist the Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders. Prepare final accounts of main contract and sub-contracts. Implement cost control procedures. Responsible in taking off quantities and calling for quotations. Check quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be ordered. Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior Ad-hoc assigned by management.   REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent. Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. At least min 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
