An exciting Senior RTR Analyst job has just become available at one of the MNCs based in Petaling Jaya. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be a part of the dynamic team.
About the Senior RTR Analyst Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for end close activities, fixed asset management, intercompany transactions, bank transactions, balance sheet reconciliation, financial and management reporting, local statutory.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing general ledger entries, fixed assets transaction, banking transaction, prepare financial and management report, balance sheet reconciliation, and support local statutory and tax (direct and indirect) in accordance policies and procedures, local accounting standard and requirements Work closely with Operating Units (OpCo) Finance to understand current activities and ensure all changes are reflected in financial statement Collaborate with OpCo to clear aged balance sheet items Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues being identified and escalate to relevant parties as necessary Liaise with internal/external stakeholders as and when necessary Ensure service level agreements (SLA) and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met Ensure the ownership for all applicable internal controls related to RTR processes Proactively work with team lead/manager to identify, propose and implement continuous process improvement opportunities in existing processes Participate in continuous process improvement projects and plans Be involved in ad hoc activities or projects
To succeed in this Senior RTR Analyst role, you will need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree/professional degree in finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent Minimum of two years' relevant experience Ability to manage timelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting in light of tight schedules Good analytical and problem-solving skills Positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity
