Senior Staff Specialist Finance Controlling

In your new role you will:Responsible for site finance systems, report automations and digitalization to improve quality & finance analytics systematics, including driving excellence projects within Finance Kulim in process improvement and implementation.Responsible for business case and ROI assessment to support decision making process for strategic or operational requirements. This includes support for evaluation and assessment of any productivity, yield or improvement projects at site level.Support Company Secretary on secretarial tasks and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Commission of Malaysia including preparation of circular resolutions & annual returns.Ensure timely and accurate lodgment/submission of statutory documents and the records are properly kept and updatedResponsible for Business management software (ERP solution) including any project roll-out and improvement activities.Project budgetary control, funding and insurance requirement, support project team on finance related topics and processesYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Qualification in Finance.Minimum 8 years working experience with overview of finance controlling and governance, preferably with manufacturing industry and project management experience.Well versed in accounting systems and processes.
