Our serving style has become an icon its class.**JOB SUMMARY**- Responsible to perform several tasks to maintain the floor flow.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Prepare, provide good customer service (welcome, greeting, smile, communication).- Recommend dishes to customer and take order, as well as alert with the seasonal promotional package.- Deliver foods and drinks to customer in short time.- Observe customer needs and provide assistance to customer in time to meet their satisfaction.- Handle customers' queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.- Handling incoming call for tables reservation or booking.- Delivering invoices and collecting payments as a cashier.- Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained all times.- Ensure all tables and chairs are clean, sanitized, and organized.- Support day-to-day operations within the outlet.- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior.**JOB COMPETENCIES**- No experience is required, training will be provided.- Willing to learn and able to work in a team.- Able to work by shift assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**- SPM leaver is encouraged to apply.**EMPLOYEE'S BENEFITS**- EPF, SOCSO, EIS are provided- Accommodation (if required)- Attractive Commission- Medical Coverage- Special Discount for Staff Purchase- Leaves Benefits (Annual Leave, Marriage Leave, Training Leave, Exam Leave, etc)- Monthly Technical Upskill TrainingPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Service Crew: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English, Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
